Do you have a hard time trying to get your kid to eat? I do! Liam is one of the pickiest kids I know. Some of his favorite foods are Sponge Bob Macaroni and Cheese and Super Mario Bros Chicken Noodle Soup basically anything that has his beloved characters. I don't have to worry about this so much with Logan since he's home schooled but I still need to pack lunches for both of them while still trying to get to eat food I haven't cooked. A great way to do that is to make lunches that are visually appealing to them. I mean let's face it you have a way better chance of getting them to eat if they are excited about the food!
A wonderful website that I really enjoy is Another Lunch. Melissa, the site's designer is very creative and has wonderful easy to make recipes that any parent can follow. She also has a child on the spectrum so she tailors alot of her lunches to kids with special needs. Please check out this absolutely amazing website!
